Welcome to America’s Interview
This combined Privacy Notice & Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) governs your use of our websites, chatbots, job board, and related products (collectively, the “Services”)
By using our Services and Applications, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Key Principles
We collect and use personal information only to provide and improve our Services.
We share information only with trusted service providers and partners.
We comply with U.S. laws (CCPA, CPRA, FTC Act, COPPA) and international standards (GDPR / UK GDPR).
We do not sell personal information for monetary value.
You have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses.
We require professional, lawful, and respectful use of our platform.
3. Information We Collect and Use
We collect information you provide (registration, communications, payments, résumés), information collected automatically (cookies, device data, usage logs), and information from third parties (analytics, ad networks, partners).
We use this data to provide, secure, and improve our Services; communicate with you; personalize experiences; prevent fraud; and comply with laws.
4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful information.
Use our Services only for lawful, professional purposes.
Not upload or transmit unlawful, obscene, or defamatory content.
Not attempt unauthorized access or interference.
Not post false or misleading statements about others or our company.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without notice including legal action.
5. AI and Automated Services
Our services use tools such as automation and (AI) technology from OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Jotform, Replit and others.
By using our services you understand that:
Inputs may be processed by third-party AI systems under their privacy policies.
We limit personal data sharing and do not train our own models on your content.
AI outputs may contain errors; you should review before you use them.
We disclaim responsibility for AI-generated inaccuracies. Use at your own discretion. If you should use any third party services, or platforms, please review before submitting. We can’t be held liable for any outcomes.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through authorized providers. You must supply valid payment information whether it’s before or after your service.
Payment Information.
If you make a purchase through our Service or products, we use third-party payment processors that collect your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial details. Each of those have separate terms of services to read depending on your jurisdiction. Currently America’s Interview Does not sell anything, but our customers and Subsidiaries do. Please read their terms.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase or scheduled service.
After 24 hours, we may offer an exchange or credit only.
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse service for fraudulent or abusive behavior.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, templates, software, and AI outputs produced by and for America’s Interview are our intellectual property.
You may use generated résumés and materials for your personal career use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our templates or branding without written permission. Please contact admin@americasinterview.com for more information if you would like reproduction or mass quantities on similar services or products.
8. Affiliate and Referral Program
We offer a 10 % referral fee for completed, paid client services. Affiliates must disclose their relationship in accordance with FTC Endorsement Guidelines and may not make false claims. Affiliates are independent promoters, not employees. We may modify or terminate the program at any time.
9. Third-Party Links and Job Board Disclaimer
Our job board aggregates listings from external sources. We are not the hiring entity and cannot guarantee outcomes.
All applications must be submitted directly to the employer.
External links (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, Google, OpenAi, Stripe, NFL) are for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal data for only as long as needed to provide our Services or meet legal requirements.
We will verify requests and respond per applicable law.
11. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. Residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws, you may:
Request access to personal information we hold.
Request correction or deletion of that information.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Contact privacy@americasinterview.com or use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (if available). We verify requests as required by law.
12. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100 % secure.
If a breach occurs, we will notify affected users consistent with applicable breach-notification laws.
13. Children’s Privacy
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If a minor has submitted data, contact privacy@americasinterview.com for removal.
Users aged 14–17 should use our site only under parental or educational supervision.
13A. International Visitors and GDPR Compliance
Our Services are hosted in the United States and primarily intended for U.S. users. If you access our Services from the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or other regions with privacy laws that differ from U.S. law, the following applies:
Legal Basis for Processing: We process personal data under the lawful bases of consent, contract performance, legitimate interest, and legal obligation.
International Data Transfers: Your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.
Your GDPR Rights: EU/EEA/UK residents may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or withdraw consent by emailing privacy@resumecreatorapp.com with the subject “GDPR Request.” We will respond per applicable law.
Complaints: If unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK).
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our Services are provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees of accuracy for AI-generated or third-party content.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for third-party apps or external links.
Nothing here waives rights that cannot be waived under law.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or lawful requests. You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@americasinterview.com
16. Forum and Community Conduct
Posts must remain professional and business-related.
False or defamatory content may be removed without notice.
We reserve the right to remove content violating our policies.
In emergencies or threats, contact local law enforcement immediately.
17. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement periodically. Revisions take effect when posted and the updated date will appear above. Material changes may also be communicated via email or website notice.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
