What is your return policy.

Currently the company does not sell physical products. If you should schedule an interview prep session, it is fully refundable provided you give 24-hour advance notice, after that you can reschedule the meeting. If you completely miss the meeting/ no show no call, it is not refundable. If you are experiencing an issue with your digital download please email admin@americasinterview.com and a refund can be given. Please read vendor’s policy, including our subsidiary’s policies if you purchased any physical product.

What format will my resume be in?

Employers typically like to see a PDF, Word, or Google Docs resume. Read each vendor’s terms and conditions if you should purchase a resume off one of our advertisements as we have many people advertising on our site. You can select your choice at time of download.

What are the costs and how do I pay?

Most of the tools on this site are “currently” free including the job board and videos. You will need to create an account. Interview prep is $99 for 30 minutes or $199 for 2 sessions and discounts on future sessions. If you would like to use the ResumeCreator Tool for 1 month, the cost is $14.99. All major credit cards are accepted including Apple, Paypal, and After Pay Programs. If you are having troubles with payments, please contact admin@americasinterview.com

What should I expect from you?

As a job seeker you should expect to see a job board that scrapes common ATSs through automation that it is updated frequently. You’ll have direct links to employers’ career websites with no middleman. If you utilize the ResumeCreator App, please read terms.
