Responsibility and Content Removal

• Responsibility: America's Interview cannot be held responsible or liable for any content posted on the forum.

• Content Removal: We have the right to remove any content reported as fake or unapproved by an individual. For example, if a celebrity or musician reports that a video or post misrepresents them, it will be taken down without your approval. You may or may not receive a notification about the removal. Ideally, we aim to notify you about why your message or video was taken down.

Account Management

• Account Closure: You have the right to cancel or close your account at any time.- As does America's Interview.

• Reporting Suspicious Activity: If you suspect violence or suspicious activity, please report it in the chat.  Although the chat is monitored, If it is extreme and your life is endangered, please report to your local law enforcement as we do not monitor the chat 24X7.

Professional Conduct

• Behavior: It is your responsibility to act professionally. This site is intended to help users prepare for their dream jobs and is not a political platform.

• Content Focus: Discussions should be related to business, job searching, and professional matters.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

• AI for Marketing: We use AI for marketing materials. You are welcome to use AI for marketing, especially if you have received approval from the relevant company or person.

• Ethical Use: It is unethical to misrepresent or post false information about an individual. We reserve the right to remove such content with or without your approval.

• Free Speech: Free speech is important but should be related to business, job searching, and professional topics.

America's Interview could go through a merger or acquisition and has the right to sell your data to anyone at anytime. We periodically upate the terms of the service. We will update the terms on this page. Check them periodically.
