Service Return/Reschedule Policy

  1. No Returns: Once an America Interview  service is sold (like an interview service). However,  You can exchange/Transfer to a friend or family member

  2. Rescheduling: You must reschedule a service within 24 hours before the event. If you're past the 24-hour mark, you can transfer the service to someone else, but you must notify your recruiter in writing and call/text.

  3. Forfeiting Services: If you miss the 24-hour reschedule window, you lose the right to the service completely.

 

 However, if you need to return a product purchased on Amazon.com, please refer to their return policy. America's Interview is not responsible for products sold /purchased on Amazon.com

 

If you purchased a product on America's Interview, please review the policy below

  1. Damaged Products: Take a photo of any damaged products and report it immediately.

  2. Timeframe for Returns: Most products must be returned within 30 days, but some products may have a stricter return policy (like 14 days- food, flowers, etc). Check product-specific return deadlines at checkout.

  3. Condition of Return: No products can be returned if they were worn unless damaged or faulty.

Buyer Protection

  1. Duration: Buyer protection lasts for 30 days after confirming receipt of an item.

  2. Exceptions: Excludes self-damaged items, personalized items, perishable goods (like flowers), and items unsuitable for hygiene reasons. Certain vendors might have a 14 day window and you will know at checkout.

  3. How to Request a Return/Refund:

    • Step 1: Contact the store, providing supporting info (images, screenshots, etc.).

    • Step 2: If no resolution, request a return/refund via your account.

    • Step 3: Submit any required documentation and track your application.

  4. Return Costs:

    • If you are just changing your mind  you pay for return shipping.

    • If the item is defective or wrong, the store pays for return shipping.

  5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds take 1-10 working days depending on the payment method.

Additional Buyer Protection Scenarios

  1. Seller Breaks Promises: Includes failure to provide after-sales services or shipping as promised.

  2. Unacceptable Behavior: Includes abusive language or any behavior that negatively impacts your rights.

Country-Specific Legal Requirements

  • In the EU, consumers have a 2-year legal conformity warranty and 14-day right to return.

  • In Brazil, consumers have a 30-day warranty for non-durable goods and 90-day for durable goods, as well as a 7-day right of regret.
