About Me:

 

I started America's Interview in 2024 after working for over 25 years in recruitment and technology with the Big 4 and two Fortune 500 companies. During the 2008 Financial Crisis, I helped create a program to assist candidates in getting back on their feet after nearly 5,000 jobs were eliminated at one company. Since then, my focus has been on technology and financial recruitment, including managing global teams. Over the years, thousands of resumes have crossed my desk, and I would love to help you today.

I hold a BBA in Management Information Systems from Ohio University. I live in Ohio, am married, have two children, and a Labradoodle.

What to expect and processes:

Process 

Sign up:

• Select a service you're interested in from the service page menu.

• Click Book Now.

• Choose the time and date. If you don’t have an account and are not logged in, the login screen will appear.

• Log in and click Continue.

• Enter your phone number, email, and any relevant information. For example, "I have a resume started and will email it," or "I will be interviewing for a Finance Manager position on [XYZ date]."

 

Click Book Now:

• Fill in your payment information. "Buy Now, Pay Later" is an option in the dropdown. Email me if you would like to pay via PayPal.

• Uncheck save card and uncheck I allow America's Interview to charge my card for future purchases.

• Review the terms of the agreement.

• Check Agree to the terms.

• Check if you would like us to SMS you.

• Click Place Order and Pay.

• Click Profile in the upper right corner to adjust your profile.

Confirmation

• You will receive an email with information for your meeting, including the date, time and zoom information.  Please review the terms prior to scheduling.

• Check your camera ahead of time.

• Notify me if you don’t want to be on camera or if you will be late.

The Services

During a Resume Review:

• We will get on a zoom call for 45 minutes. You will need to provide me with your current resume and any important information about the next role you plan to interview for ahead of time. I will provide suggestions on the changes needed to get past bots and create the most updated, condensed resume. Additionally, I have various professional templates that are bot-friendly. This call is only 45 minutes long and is not intended for those without a current resume.

 

 Resume Review and Mock Interview:

• This call is 1 hour long. You will provide me with your current resume, along with any important information about the next role you plan to interview for, ahead of time. We will meet on a Zoom call, and I will provide suggestions on the changes needed to get past bots and create the most updated, concise resume. I have various professional templates that are bot-friendly. Afterwards, we will have a mock interview with the most common interview questions. This call is intended for those who already have a resume.

 

​Social Media 1:1

• This call lasts 30 to 45 minutes. Prior to the call, please email me your current resume or any important information about the next role you plan to interview for. This will be a Zoom call, and we will create a LinkedIn profile together so recruiters can find you on social media. Additionally, I provide social media guidance.

 

Recruitment Projects

• Employers in need of special HR or recruitment projects, please schedule time through my calendar via Calendly. I typically require 50% payment upon acceptance of the proposal and 50% upon completion. If you have any questions prior to the meeting, please send them in the chat or email me directly.

Your Profile:

• When you sign up to become a member of the site, it's free. You have the ability to adjust your profile by clicking on the "My Profile" button in the upper right-hand corner. In the profile section, you can change your screen name, check upcoming meetings and orders, and opt out of communications.
